Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end delivery of Modern Workplace projects from initiation through closure
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success criteria with internal and customer stakeholders
Establish and maintain project governance frameworks
Monitor project progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets
Manage Microsoft 365 migrations and transformations, Security & Compliance, Active Directory modernization, Identity and Access Management, collaboration platforms, Microsoft Teams Voice, tenant-to-tenant migrations, M&A integration programs, infrastructure modernization, and cloud adoption initiatives
Coordinate technical and business workstreams across multiple project teams
Lead tenant-to-tenant migration, divestiture, acquisition, and business separation projects
Coordinate migration planning, assessment, discovery, pilot execution, cutover, and hypercare support
Ensure business readiness through communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption planning
Drive Agile delivery practices and facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning
Track Agile metrics and improve delivery performance
Serve as primary contact for customers, sponsors, and key stakeholders
Conduct steering committee meetings, governance reviews, and executive project updates
Communicate project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans
Plan and manage project resources, financials, forecasts, budgets, profitability, change requests, scope adjustments, and contractual commitments
Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; develop mitigation and contingency plans
Ensure quality standards, methodologies, compliance, audit readiness, and documentation governance
Lead cross-functional project teams across multiple locations and disciplines
Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to project team members
Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, communication plans, executive dashboards, financial trackers, lessons learned, and closure reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8 years of project management experience in enterprise IT, cloud, or consulting environments
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
Master’s degree is an advantage but not mandatory
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification preferred
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Entra ID / Active Directory, Intune, Microsoft Security technologies, Azure infrastructure and cloud services
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and geographically distributed teams
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Excellent analytical, planning, risk management, and decision-making capabilities
Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Planner, and project reporting tools
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 migration and coexistence strategies
Familiarity with Quest On Demand Migration (ODM), BitTitan MigrationWiz, ShareGate, and Microsoft Native Migration Tools
Understanding of migration workloads including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Entra ID / Active Directory, Intune, and Power Platform
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Voice architecture, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, SBCs, and telephony migration methodologies
Understanding of Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework, governance, security, compliance, and best practices
Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled workplace transformation initiatives is value-added
Understanding of Microsoft Security solutions and governance frameworks is value-added
Experience with enterprise change management and user adoption programs is value-added
Exposure to large-scale global migration programs and multi-country deployments is value-added
Experience coordinating technical, business, compliance, and change management workstreams within complex transformation projects is value-added
