About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the Transfer Agency functional subject-matter expert, from business requirements through to tested and industrialized solutions
Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications for offshore developers and third-party vendors
Design solutions aligned with business needs and IT strategy, including integration and industrialization
Assess risks and ensure the viability, usability, and long-term sustainability of solutions
Contribute to strategic and client projects
Lead the implementation of new Transfer Agency clients, services, and products
Manage fund migrations
Coordinate third-party vendors on business and technical matters
Define test scenarios with the Test Manager
Review and/or execute SIT tests
Maintain system documentation and the functional mapping
Participate in a recruitment process including an HR discussion, a technical interview with prospective peers, followed by feedback and a decision

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the fund industry, specializing in Transfer Agency, including project management experience
Functional expertise in dealing, the register, cash, and trailer fees
Experience with Multifonds TA (MFGI)
SQL and PL/SQL on Oracle, and BI Publisher
Experience with Agile methodologies
Experience with Temenos as a third-party vendor and with offshore development teams (a differentiator)
Jira and SQL Developer (a differentiator)
French required
English required
