About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in the functional and technical design of the PEGA-based onboarding platform.
Design and optimize customer onboarding journeys, including KYC, document collection, e-signature, and validation.
Develop and configure PEGA components, including Case Lifecycle, flows, rules, Data Pages, and Data Transforms.
Implement PEGA user interfaces using UI / Constellation.
Integrate the PEGA solution with the existing banking information system, including REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, SSO, OAuth2, and IAM.
Contribute to the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, including build, packaging, and deployment.
Manage testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployment phases.
Ensure the solution's quality, performance, and compliance with PEGA best practices.
Write and maintain technical documentation and project standards.
Work closely with business, architecture, DevOps, and QA teams.
Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Serve as the PEGA technical reference for the customer onboarding scope.
Participate in Delta's development tribe and support and manage development initiatives.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert to support colleagues requiring specialized expertise.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience in PEGA development and configuration.
Proficiency in PEGA 8.x / Infinity, including versions 23 and 24.
Experience in banking, financial services, or fund management.
Ability to implement advanced information system integrations, including REST, SOAP, Kafka, and security.
Understanding of the regulatory and business requirements associated with customer onboarding.
Ability to work effectively in an Agile / Scrum environment.
Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Fluency in English and French is required; an additional language is an advantage.
