About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor legal proceedings, including deadline tracking and updates to internal systems, using platforms such as EPROC and PJe
- Prepare reports and conduct research on legislation, legal scholarship, and case law to support the tax practice’s litigation and advisory matters
- Assist in drafting and reviewing pleadings and other legal documents, always under the supervision of the team’s attorneys
- Support attorneys in handling advisory and litigation matters, contributing to the analysis and development of legal strategies
- Liaise with notary offices, courts, and competent authorities, carrying out in-person filings and follow-ups when necessary
- Provide support for the tax practice’s day-to-day activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a Law degree program, between the 4th and 7th semesters
- Interest in working in Tax Law, with a focus on litigation and advisory matters
- Advanced/fluent English
- Availability to work 6 hours per day, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
