About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independently design and develop applications, services, APIs, and integrations—from technical design through production deployment and operation
Enhance existing automations and implement new solutions using n8n, APIs, and custom-developed components
Integrate AI models into existing processes and develop AI-powered applications
Connect different platforms and applications while ensuring secure data exchange
Make architectural decisions with maintainability, scalability, security, and quality in mind
Support team members with technical challenges and promote professional development practices
Develop necessary components and make effective use of existing interfaces to reduce technical dependencies
Automate business processes and data processing, for example involving intermediary and contract data
Develop and expand interfaces between Professional Works and external applications
Process and analyze conversation transcripts using AI, including automated summaries and coaching approaches
Integrate communication, support, and marketing platforms into automated workflows
Develop internal tools for reporting, data analysis, and operational processes
Further develop and stabilize the automation landscape
Work with the team to determine when to use automation platforms and when to develop custom software

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of hands-on experience in professional software development, ideally in a full-stack environment
Strong knowledge of designing and developing modern software architectures
Experience with backend technologies, APIs, databases, and integrating different systems
Knowledge of modern frontend technologies and the ability to independently implement complete applications when required
Experience with software quality, testing, version control, CI/CD, and operating applications in production
Interest in AI technologies, LLMs, AI-assisted development, and automation platforms
Ability to solve technical challenges pragmatically while keeping long-term requirements in mind
Enjoy sharing knowledge, empowering others, and developing technical solutions collaboratively
Ability to quickly learn new technologies
Willingness to take ownership and responsibility
Enjoy working in a team with diverse areas of expertise
