About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Source, interview, test and deliver applicants for administrative, management and technical positions throughout the company
Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, communications, interviewing and offer negotiations
Manage hiring managers through recruitment strategy, behavioral interview counseling, offer negotiations and determining start dates
Build responsive relationships with hiring managers
Manage associate referrals and communication with referrers and referees
Establish recruiting sources through the internet, social media, cold calling and search firms
Manage search firms and temporary help services
Identify and escalate competitive threats, trends and issues
Meet deadlines for filling required positions
Evaluate recruit quality
Participate in college recruiting events, job fairs and networking events
Use applicant tracking systems to track and manage hiring processes
Manage internal and external job postings
Manage compensation negotiations according to company guidelines
Assist with recruiting sources, college relations, referral bonus and networking programs
Conduct research and sourcing activities for special recruiting projects across departments
Understand and follow employment laws and company policies
Assist with HR programs and procedures
Adhere to recruiting travel and advertising budgets

Requirements

What you’ll need

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (2-3 years) – Word, Excel & PowerPoint
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail required
Must be a team player, an active learner, and must thrive in an innovative and demanding environment
Must be able to travel as required (<20%)
Understanding of Federal laws as they relate to hiring
Understanding of State laws in states where Dent Wizard conducts business
Thorough understanding of the Dent Wizard handbook
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening before beginning work
Continuous viewing from and inputting data to a computer screen
Ability to sit for long periods of time
