About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage DCI facilities between West Memphis, Arkansas; Memphis, Tennessee; and North Little Rock, Arkansas
- Manage the P&L, EHS initiatives, and increasing sales
- Conduct facility inspections, audits, safety meetings, and training
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company environmental regulations
- Manage spill collection and control and obtain air, water, and land protection permits
- Implement cost reductions
- Train managers and employees in sales, safety, environmental compliance, cost control, customer service, facility condition, and expectations
- Work with Facility Managers to improve employee morale
- Control P&L through safety and environmental compliance, labor hours, production, chemical usage, utilities, and energy usage
- Generate new revenue through existing customers and new customer acquisition
- Review business levels, service quality issues, pricing concerns, and tenant-related items
- Review facility financial reports
- Set goals and strategies to meet or exceed company financial objectives
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred
- 4-5 years related work experience in a similar industry
- Demonstrated Operations Leadership experience
- P&L Management experience
- Customer service and relationship management in a B2B environment
- Experience managing multiple locations
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of labor relations, safety/environmental regulations, employee development, equipment maintenance, and sales
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly proficient in MS Office and the use of Internet
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
