About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Interact with customers, assessing their service needs and quoting work as requested
- Delegate workloads and actively support growth
- Oversee the scheduling and work flow through the shop
- Ensure employees are qualified to perform the work being assigned
- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge within your staff
- Advise and assist in the hiring process for department staff
- Know and enforce company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of Tank Cleaning Operations
- Customer Service Experience
- Ability and experience to drive a Yard Mule
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- Computer literate
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Be ethical in all job-related activities
- Maintain strong attention to detail when overseeing documentation
- Must have a safety mindset
