About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Enter customer orders and customer information, such as billing, into the computer system
- Report customer orders to dispatch in a timely manner
- Inform equipment control and dispatch of special customer needs
- Print export and import lists for dispatch and equipment control
- Maintain direct and indirect communications with customers via telephone, email, fax, etc.
- Perform other miscellaneous office support duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in the trucking and/or intermodal transportation industry
- Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, etc.)
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Organizational skills
