About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Comply with all safety and building codes
- Manage production for two lines of business (poly totes & Nalco kegs/base tanks) and meet KPIs
- Manage QC technicians and production, and meet KPIs
- Provide oversight of receiving and delivery transportation
- Create proper shipping documents for compliance
- Provide strong customer service to the customer base
- Recruit, select, train, and coach employees
- Contribute recommendations and follow policies to achieve warehouse/production objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Prefer 2-4 years of Warehouse/Production experience
- Detailed oriented, organized, and punctual
- Positive attitude, interpersonal skills, and presents a professional image
- Strong desire to learn and apply learned knowledge
- Strong listening, reading, and verbal skills
- Self-motivated team player
- Excellent data entry and data processing skills
- Proficient in schedule and report creation
- Ability to multitask on a team and alone
- Ability to manage processes successfully
