Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Genuine excitement for social media, internet culture, and creative content
  • Enjoy making things and willingness to learn how social content is produced
  • Willingness to contribute to brainstorming, shoots, behind-the-scenes capture, and occasionally appearing in content
  • Organized, proactive, and willing to handle creative and practical tasks
  • Good eye for fun, current, and engaging online content
  • Comfortable collaborating with a team and receiving feedback
  • Curious, adaptable, and willing to learn new tools, platforms, and workflows
  • Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or other social platforms (nice to have)
  • Basic editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or similar (nice to have)
  • Interest in thumbnails, titles, hooks, captions, and content performance (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with YouTube channel organization and social media best practices (nice to have)
