About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with scheduling and contact center activities
  • Answer inbound calls to schedule appointments for new and existing patients at all locations
  • Collect and document patient medical history in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and patient support using advanced virtual technologies
  • Deliver timely and accurate information, scheduling, and assistance
  • Perform other duties as assigned and as requirements evolve

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Healthcare-specific training preferred, but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathy and a caring attitude toward patients
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to US HIPAA laws and other relevant regulations
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Quiet, private workspace
  • Must live in Illinois or Florida
  • Availability for full-time Monday–Friday schedule, 10:30 am–6:30 pm CST, with one Saturday every 8 weeks, 6:45 am–12:30 pm CST
