About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with Designlab to shape the curriculum, learning objectives, exercises, and projects
  • Teach live sessions to cohorts of working professionals
  • Help students identify strong use cases for AI, automation, and agentic workflows
  • Teach students how to build systems with the right context, tools, guardrails, and human checkpoints
  • Help students troubleshoot, evaluate, and improve the workflows they build
  • Keep course content current as the technology evolves
  • Develop teaching materials and exercises and prepare the course for launch

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Meaningful hands-on experience with several of: ChatGPT, Claude, or other frontier AI platforms; agentic and multi-step AI workflows involving tool use and decision-making; workflow platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n; APIs, webhooks, connectors, MCP, or similar integrations; context design, reusable instructions, and knowledge sources; human-in-the-loop systems, guardrails, evaluation, and reliability
  • Actively build useful AI-powered or agentic workflows as part of your work
  • Clear perspective on when agents are useful and when they add unnecessary complexity
  • Strong operating experience breaking down messy processes and identifying where AI can create leverage
  • Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of today’s AI systems
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Experience teaching, speaking, writing, or otherwise explaining work to an audience
  • Clear, non-hyped communication style
  • Curiosity and hands-on approach to continued learning
  • Bonus: experience teaching workshops, courses, or corporate training
  • Bonus: AI workflows used regularly by a team or organization
  • Bonus: helping non-technical teams redesign how they work with AI
  • Bonus: comfort moving between no-code tools and light technical implementation
