About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Carry out secretarial activities, including writing, layout, updating, production and linguistic revision of information documents
  • Carry out administrative tasks related to internal management, including sales follow-up, dashboards, expense accounts, inventory and material management, and performance evaluations
  • Support the manager with agenda, calls, emails and mail management and follow-up
  • Prepare and attend meetings, including management committee meetings; write minutes and follow up on actions
  • Participate in logistical organization of team meetings, committees, assemblies, travel and public relations activities
  • Collaborate in annual budget preparation and monitor the budget during the year, including analyzing and justifying variances
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to a director or manager reporting to a vice-president
  • Provide administrative support to other unit members as needed
  • Help coordinate, plan and prioritize unit management activities
  • Interact with diverse stakeholders
  • Make decisions and carry out tasks proactively and independently according to administrative needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Trade school diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required
