About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise members and customers on banking transactions
- Promote Desjardins products and services
- Serve as an ambassador for digital solutions and help members use technological tools safely
- Tell members and clients about applications and technological tools that enable them to complete transactions and operations independently
- Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities
- Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities
- Refer fraud or irregularity cases to appropriate partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of French is required
