Key responsibilities & impact- Improve the experience of members and customers by advising them on banking transactions

Requirements
What you’ll need- Regardless of your experience or education, willingness to work in the financial services industry
- Ability to advise members and clients on banking transactions
- Ability to promote Desjardins products and services
- Ability to help members use technological tools safely
- Ability to assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities and refer them to appropriate partners
- Ability to contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities
