About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise members and customers on banking transactions
- Promote Desjardins products and services
- Improve the experience of members and customers
- Support members and clients by identifying applications and technological tools that enable them to complete transactions and operations independently
- Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities
- Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities
- Refer fraud or irregularity cases to appropriate partners
- Help members use technological tools safely and act as an ambassador for digital solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of French is required
- Regardless of your experience or education, applicants may apply and recruiters will help find a suitable role
