About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise members and customers on banking transactions
- Promote Desjardins products and services
- Help members use technological tools safely and independently
- Welcome members and customers warmly and courteously
- Quickly ascertain members' and customers' needs and direct them to appropriate individuals or alternative distribution channels
- Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities
- Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities and refer them to appropriate partners
- Collaborate with personal finance advisors to improve service offered to members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of French is required
- Willingness to work in the financial field regardless of background or academic training
- Ability to complete tailored training based on skills, ambitions, and level of education
