About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support members and clients by telling them existing applications and technological tools that can help them do transactions and operations on their own
Welcome members and customers warmly and courteously, quickly ascertain their needs, and direct them to individuals who can assist them or to alternative distribution channels
Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities
Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities, and ensure that they are referred to the appropriate partners
Work in collaboration with personal finance advisors and improve the service offered to members
Advise members and customers on banking transactions and promote Desjardins products and services
Act as an ambassador for digital solutions and help members use technological tools safely
