Improve the experience of members and customers by advising them on banking transactions
Promote Desjardins products and services

Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Willingness to work in the financial services industry
No specific experience or education required; applicants are encouraged to apply regardless of experience or education
Ability to advise members and clients on banking transactions
Ability to promote Desjardins products and services
Ability to help members use technological tools safely
Ability to assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities and refer them to appropriate partners
Ability to work full-time on-site in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region
