About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, configure, administer, maintain, upgrade and test business solutions, computer networks, management systems, programs and database servers
- Analyze and diagnose issues related to controls, quality assurance and large-scale deliveries and rollouts
- Provide opinions and recommend solutions to improve and optimize standards, policies and programs
- Recommend implementation plans
- Establish and implement quality assurance strategies for business solutions
- Direct and guide work to meet objectives
- Solve highly complex problems using analytical skills and detailed understanding of the business and organization
- Interact with stakeholders across a wide range of fields
- Lead and serve as a systems specialist for the unit, clients and practitioners
- Help clients define their needs and analyze and interpret data to inform IT solution and quality assurance decisions
- Develop quality assurance execution strategies, determine scope, and write procedures and guidelines
- Analyze risks, write reports and test cases, propose solutions and make recommendations
- Oversee implementation of action plans to address issues
- Represent the sector on quality assurance practices with Desjardins Group and non-Desjardins Group bodies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
