About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop plans and business intelligence
- Monitor business plans and performance
- Set targets and identify opportunities to improve service delivery
- Develop and deliver business strategies and solutions aligned with business architecture
- Analyze business needs and context on large-scale, innovative projects and initiatives
- Formalize business objectives and their value to the organization
- Identify, clarify the scope of, assess and recommend business solutions
- Analyze the impact of solutions and ensure they are integrated from needs assessment to rollout
- Make recommendations on complex project and initiative planning and execution
- Coordinate with stakeholders across many fields

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
