Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work closely with advisors and provide personalized support to members and clients
  • Help advisors deliver services and maintain business relationships
  • Take charge of members’ and clients’ immediate needs by offering simple and rapid investment, financing, and protection solutions aligned with the action plan
  • Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality according to organizational standards and procedures
