About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with account managers
- Provide personalized support to business members and clients
- Assist with business development activities
- Help account managers deliver services and maintain business relationships
- Manage the day-to-day and urgent needs of members and clients
- Provide personalized products and services and excellent customer service in accordance with action plans and organizational standards and procedures
- Help maintain business relationships by providing specialized support for operational banking challenges and acting on sales opportunities
- Oversee the technical side of annual review and renewal processes for term loans
- Conduct analysis and make recommendations to account managers on rates reflecting variable cost of funds
- Help prioritize weekly activities and plan follow-ups and solicitation activities
- Obtain required documentation and signatures, answer operational questions, and open accounts
- Assist with portfolio management and ensure files meet deadlines and quality standards
- Participate in solicitation activities for business development
- Ensure transactions and operations are secure and comply with policies, practices, and standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Communicates effectively
- Interpersonal Savvy
- Situational adaptability
