About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide personalized member/client service and experience to clients with complex needs
- Propose personalized and effective solutions that meet members' and clients' needs and expectations
- Seize business opportunities and provide personalized advice for optimal business development
- Work with the advisor to manage member and client files, open accounts, prepare meetings, and follow up on requests
- Ensure the execution of all member and client banking account operations
- Inform members and clients about digital solutions and help them use Desjardins channels
- Help manage the advisor's agenda and emails
- Develop knowledge of Desjardins products and services and competitors' offers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Attestation of Collegial Studies
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
- Knowledge of French is required
