About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with Desjardins Insurance clients in the SME segment
  • Analyze client needs and develop and implement personalized solutions
  • Advise and assist current and potential members and clients as well as various collaborators
  • Advise and support partners, collaborators and clients on the best solutions and strategies and determine target outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • A representative’s certificate for group annuity plans issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in Quebec, or be in the process of obtaining one
  • Advanced proficiency of French, both oral and written
  • Advanced proficiency of English, both oral and written
  • Knowledge of group retirement plans
  • Action oriented, Business insight, Complexity, Customer Focus, Differences, Interpersonal Savvy, Nimble learning
