About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop the caisse's annual communication activities plan based on the allocated budget
  • Provide recommendations to managers regarding communication strategies and activities for various clienteles, community organizations, officers and employees
  • Assist managers in carrying out communication activities
  • Advise managers in developing, improving and implementing communications solutions, programs and tools
  • Assist in developing, monitoring and implementing internal and external communications action plans
  • Identify potential risks and inform general management and partners
  • Monitor service-quality activities, including surveys and complaint processing
  • Assess sponsorship, donation and subscription requests and follow up on funding
  • Assist with negotiating sponsorship, donation and subscription agreements
  • Assist in producing the caisse's social responsibility report
  • Oversee caisse events, including logistics and speech writing
  • Produce the annual report
  • Analyze, select and ensure the quality of communication vehicles for members and customers
  • Produce and disseminate information for local newspapers and internal communications
  • Support representatives in maintaining relationships with clienteles and community organizations
  • Organize events for customers and community organizations
  • Moderate social media communities and draft informational content
  • Follow up on advertising mandates and merchandising proposals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required
