About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Promote the organization’s projects and programs by designing and developing communications and sharing them within Desjardins Group and with its members and clients
  • Establish and promote the organization’s online brand image
  • Create, manage and update social and digital media communications
  • Serve as social media community manager
  • Advise clients and partners on managing and producing internal Desjardins events
  • Support more experienced professionals and help institute tools for the line of work
  • Develop recommendations, solutions and action plans based on organizational objectives and priorities
  • Conduct research and preliminary analysis and develop initial outlines of tools and processes
  • Diagnose issues, challenges and needs related to internal event management and production
  • Help clients in areas related to the field of expertise
  • Help develop and implement objectives, solutions, policies, programs and action plans
  • Analyze data, assist with studies, develop recommendations and prepare reports
  • Negotiate standardized contracts with preferred external providers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or in progress
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
