About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Direct material, time, IT and human resources on cross-sector projects to meet objectives on time and on budget
  • Analyze project feasibility and opportunities, develop action plans, define milestones and coordinate project teams
  • Supervise and coordinate contributors involved in the application and technology component of highly innovative, large-scale, multi-sector projects
  • Ensure timelines, budgets, deliverable quality, contributor performance and engagement are maintained
  • Plan, prioritize and coordinate work to meet objectives
  • Lead, influence and serve as expert to teams, senior management and decision-making bodies
  • Plan application and technology component deliverables and estimate project costs
  • Identify project-specific standards, methods and procedures
  • Coordinate deliverables and ensure agreements, budgets and timelines are respected
  • Analyze risks and impacts and develop mitigation strategies
  • Manage change requests, solution testing and application and technology strategies with the project leader
  • Ensure availability of the application layer of infrastructure platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
  • Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
