About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and authorize disbursements while ensuring compliance with conditions arising from financing applications
- Contact members and clients to follow up on conditions prerequisite to disbursement
- Work closely with colleagues and partners involved in financing files
- Assist the manager in keeping documentation up to date
- Assist with employee coaching and training
- Complete the disbursement roadmap and validate guarantees
- Prepare activity plan for BBO SSC to handle disbursement
- Finalize files by archiving and following up on missing documents
- Comply with current policies, practices, standards, and applicable legislation
Requirements
What you’ll need- College diploma in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Compliance with applicable policies, practices, standards, and legislation governing the distribution of financial products and services
