About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform sales support activities to finalize and support the delivery of financing services
Enter financial data and prepare contractual and legal documents
Complete financing offers, including contracts and guarantee forms
Prepare documents for notaries
Consult and submit registrations to the register of personal and movable real rights
Obtain documents for disbursement and enter data needed to activate agreed conditions
Support account managers with operational tasks and follow-ups related to complementary products and services
Prepare loan files for analysis and obtain required documents from members and clients
Perform profitability analyses
Guide and assist members and clients in using Desjardins products and services
Open member and client accounts
Identify sales opportunities and refer members and clients to account managers
Participate in business development activities with companies, partners and caisses
Ensure files are complete and comply with applicable deadlines and quality standards
Respect policies, practices and standards for secure transactions and operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Attestation of Collegial Studies
A minimum of two years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
Ability to compile financial statements
Knowledge of loan and guarantee contracts
Knowledge of products and services for businesses and those offered by caisses, components and Desjardins distribution networks and those of the competition
Ability to enter financial data in the systems
Understanding of the philosophy and inner workings of a financial services cooperative
Knowledge of operational procedures related to financing and sales support activities
Knowledge of the Desjardins business processes
Knowledge of service standards
