About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support members and clients by explaining applications and technological tools that help them complete transactions and operations independently
- Welcome members and customers warmly and courteously
- Quickly ascertain members' and customers' needs and direct them to appropriate individuals or alternative distribution channels
- Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities
- Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities and refer them to appropriate partners
