About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to activities subsequent to the authorization of financing and disbursement (post-grant)
- Ensure validity and compliance for financing applications and their conditions by validating contracts and guarantees
- Analyze and authorize disbursements while ensuring compliance with financing conditions, standards, and legislation
- Follow up with members/clients and collaborators
- Work closely with colleagues and partners involved in financing files
- Assist the manager in keeping documentation up to date and with employee coaching and training
- Validate document and contract consistency and compliance, including conditions and guarantees
- Prepare activity plans for BBO SSC to handle contract and guarantee preparation until guarantees are published and the loan is disbursed
- Complete the disbursement roadmap
- Finalize files through archiving and follow-up on missing files
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
