Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in the Insurance program
  • In good academic standing for Co-Op program requirements
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to review insurance policy coverages
  • Ability to initiate a first notice of loss
  • Ability to inform clients of preferred partners and liaisons
  • Ability to assign files to Claim Adjusters
  • Interpersonal savvy and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to identify client needs and support client retention
