About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the immediate supervisor with work organization, operational planning and special initiatives
- Develop, implement and track the unit’s action plan in alignment with strategic orientations and administrative units
- Establish management and communication practices supporting change management, talent attraction and retention, skills development, employee engagement and diversity
- Define and implement activities related to the unit’s services
- Ensure entrusted projects are carried through to maximize business results and member and client satisfaction
- Manage individual and team performance
- Continuously improve management processes under responsibility
- Promote Desjardins Group’s cooperative values
- Represent the organization and conduct business intelligence
- Produce reports and ensure member/client satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of ten years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
