About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve, prospect for, solicit, and develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients
  • Sell securities products and services through various distribution channels based on member/client needs and current strategies and practices
  • Support discretionary management, mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, and structured products
  • Assist members and clients and maintain business relationships
  • Carry out sales, sales support, and client relations activities for specific products and services or information requests
  • Provide administrative, customer service, and business development support to investment advisors and the team
  • Respond to client information requests regarding accounts, products, and services; conduct research and follow up as needed
  • Forward requests to the appropriate person
  • Help members/clients choose and use tools and channels based on their desired level of independence and automation
  • Take phone calls, handle information requests, and forward them to the appropriate person
  • Help identify the team’s operational risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with organizational standards and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Attestation of Collegial Studies
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
  • Knowledge of French is required
