Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the member services and sales support department
- Develop business strategies aligned with Desjardins’s strategic priorities
- Ensure service quality, business relationships, and member/client experience
- Implement and monitor action plans to achieve target results
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop team members
- Manage talent acquisition, team synergy, and change management
- Develop a competitive and profitable service offer with cross-organizational partnerships
- Ensure process efficiency, continuous improvement, and profitability
- Promote the Desjardins brand and strengthen community relationships
- Uphold Desjardins’s cooperative values
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
