About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine target outcomes
  • Advise managers to help them identify and implement solutions and practices to address HR management issues
  • Help develop and implement objectives, solutions and action plans
  • Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations and write reports
  • Offer managers and employees integrated advisory services in HR areas including organizational design, talent management and acquisition, training and competency development, health management, total compensation, and workplace relations
  • Implement HR practices and policies reflecting the organization’s culture and vision
  • Advise and assist clients and partners and develop tools, methods and processes
  • Propose recommendations, solutions and action plans based on organizational objectives and priorities
  • Interact with stakeholders working in other fields

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required
