About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain lasting and trusting business relationships with members and clients
Listen to members’ and clients’ needs, offer advice fitting their financial situation, and help them choose appropriate solutions
Work closely with individual members and businesses
Recommend investments, loans and insurance products
Balance member/client satisfaction, business objectives, profitability, and sound and prudent risk management
Work with partners and experts to design integrated strategies
Advise members and clients on strategies and identify expected results
Manage business relationships, assess satisfaction and service quality, follow up, and identify improvement areas
Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends, and best practices
Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of one year of relevant experience
Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
Knowledge of French is required
Available to work Monday to Friday, including one evening per week
