About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Validate document and contract consistency and compliance as well as compliance with conditions and guarantees
Prepare activity plans for BBO SSC to handle contract and guarantee preparation up until the time that guarantees are published and the loan is disbursed
Complete the disbursement roadmap
Finalize files by, for example, archiving and following up on missing files
Follow up with members/clients and collaborators
Work closely with colleagues and partners involved in financing files
Assist the manager in keeping documentation up to date and with employee coaching and training

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of two years of relevant experience
