About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent the voice of the client in projects and be responsible for the member/client experience
- Prepare a range of products and services to ensure a positive member/client experience
- Collaborate with the project developer and business analyst to ensure solutions meet user needs and project benefits are delivered
- Manage relationships with project stakeholders
- Serve as a resource person, advisor and coach for the squad, dedicated clientele and partners
- Recommend solutions for improving or optimizing standards, policies and programs
- Propose recommendations, solutions and action plans
- Help resolve complex problems requiring knowledge of new trends
- Establish product backlogs for projects, mandates and development activities
- Identify issues, challenges, needs and problems within the multidisciplinary team
- Develop and help implement goals, solutions and action plans
- Ensure solutions align with business needs
- Determine priorities to maximize business value
- Analyze information, conduct studies, develop and propose recommendations, and draft summaries
- Monitor the business sector and digital realities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
