About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Represent the voice of the client in projects and be responsible for the member/client experience
  • Prepare a range of products and services to ensure a positive member/client experience
  • Collaborate with the project developer and business analyst to ensure solutions meet user needs and expected benefits are delivered
  • Manage relationships with project stakeholders
  • Lead and influence squad specialists and stakeholders in planning, feasibility and development projects
  • Contribute to strategic orientations and business positioning
  • Make recommendations on complex files and projects with major business impact
  • Analyze and understand the business and organization
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across diverse fields of expertise
  • Serve as expert advisor, subject matter expert, resource person and coach for senior management and decision-making bodies
  • Help data producers and users valorize data in keeping with sound data governance
  • Advise teams on developing and applying data management processes and controls
  • Develop, operationalize and improve data governance standards, processes, tools and best practices
  • Coordinate identification of data governance needs and opportunities
  • Analyze risks and gaps between governance documents and operational practices
  • Oversee development and implementation of data governance compliance practices and mechanisms
  • Coordinate, monitor, measure and communicate standards and practice performance, including data governance maturity changes
  • Lead data governance development projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Interpersonal Savvy
  • Strategic mindset
