About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise teams on using technology to develop business solutions and help them make changes to improve delivery velocity
  • Develop highly complex execution strategies, analyze, design and document business products and solutions
  • Analyze and develop software products, including design, coding, automation and testing
  • Apply development, data and security best practices
  • Establish and draft development methods, design patterns, procedures and IT choices
  • Lead documentation writing teams preparing and delivering training to peers and users
  • Collaborate with business partners and architects to understand business intentions and objectives and standardize solutions
  • Identify system optimization opportunities while considering potential impacts
  • Analyze, diagnose, follow up on and resolve highly complex operational and conceptual problems during major incidents
  • Represent teams in dealings with executive management, partners and outside organizations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required
