About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze, design, configure, develop, maintain and upgrade software products according to organizational requirements
  • Develop, standardize and roll out medium- to large-scale IT systems, programs and applications
  • Analyze client and partner requirements and influence decisions on appropriate IT solutions
  • Plan, prioritize and coordinate work to meet schedules and objectives
  • Develop execution strategies and analyze and develop software products, including design, coding and automated run tests
  • Apply development, data and security best practices
  • Document technical solutions and practices and help prepare training documentation
  • Provide technical support for IT operations and resolve critical and complex system issues
  • Collaborate with business partners and architects to understand business objectives and standardize solutions
  • Serve as a systems go-to person for the team, clients and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Available 24/7 as an on-call advisor
