About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze, design, configure, develop, maintain and upgrade software products
- Analyze client and partner requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions
- Plan, prioritize and coordinate work to stay on schedule and meet objectives
- Develop complex execution strategies and document business products and solutions
- Design, code, automate and run software tests
- Write procedures, guidelines and development methods
- Help develop training documentation for peers and users
- Co-create with business partners and architects to standardize solutions
- Identify system optimization opportunities and assess potential impacts
- Analyze, diagnose, follow up on and resolve highly complex problems during major incidents
- Lead software package installations and testing
- Lead in-house application deployment
- Serve as a systems specialist for the team, clients and stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Experience and knowledge sufficient to analyze, design, configure, develop, maintain and upgrade software products
- Knowledge of development, data and security best practices
- Ability to develop complex execution strategies and document business products and solutions
- Ability to analyze, diagnose, follow up on and resolve highly complex operational and conceptual problems
- Ability to lead software package installations, testing and in-house application deployment
