About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help develop execution strategies and analyze and develop software products, including design, coding, and automated run tests
  • Apply development, data and security best practices
  • Document technical solutions and practices to ensure product sustainability
  • Help develop documentation for training peers and users
  • Provide technical support for IT operations
  • Analyze, diagnose, follow up on, and resolve critical and complex system issues
  • Co-create with business partners and architects to understand business intentions and objectives
  • Standardize solutions accordingly
  • Plan, prioritize and coordinate work to meet schedules and objectives
  • Serve as a systems go-to person for the team, clients and stakeholders
  • Interact with stakeholders working in other fields to coordinate projects and initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Technology, data and security best practices
  • Analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the line of business
  • Ability to analyze, design, configure, develop, maintain and upgrade software products
  • Ability to develop, standardize and roll out medium- to large-scale IT systems, programs and applications
  • Ability to analyze client and partner requirements and influence decisions on appropriate IT solutions
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and coordinate work to stay on schedule and meet objectives
