About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze, design, configure, develop, maintain and upgrade software products according to organizational requirements
  • Develop, standardize and implement large-scale IT systems, programs and applications
  • Analyze client and partner requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions
  • Plan, prioritize and coordinate work to meet schedules and objectives
  • Develop complex execution strategies and document business products and solutions
  • Analyze and develop software products, including design, coding, automation and testing
  • Write procedures, guidelines and development methods
  • Develop training documentation for peers and users
  • Collaborate with business partners and architects to standardize solutions
  • Identify system optimization opportunities
  • Analyze, diagnose, follow up on and resolve complex operational and conceptual problems during major incidents
  • Lead software package installations, testing and in-house application deployment
  • Lead and serve as a systems specialist for the team, clients and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Technology knowledge and ability to anticipate innovation
  • In-depth, extensive knowledge of the line of work
