About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the project sponsor and oversee a work team involved in cross-sector projects and initiatives
Participate in all project phases, from design to rollout
Organize, manage and control the human, material, financial and IT resources needed to deliver very large-scale, innovative projects
Work on deliverables with contribution managers, ensuring business objectives are met, benefits are delivered, and budgets and timelines are respected
Ensure required material, human and financial resources are available
Manage, monitor and communicate the roadmap and budget, and define and promote governance
Identify and handle project issues and risks
Prepare reports and status updates for the project sponsor and decision-making bodies
Help manage internal and external suppliers
Lead, influence and serve as expert to teams, senior management and decision-making bodies
Represent and act on behalf of the organization, and help negotiate agreements with external providers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
PMP, ACP and/or SAFe certifications
Knowledge of French is required
Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
