About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare the necessary documentation for member and client meetings
  • Manage the advisors’ calendars and voicemail
  • Complete account openings, forms and securities transactions as directed by the advisor(s)
  • Handle certain queries, perform the necessary research and propose solutions tailored to member and client needs
  • Take part in producing reports and statistics and preparing related documents
  • Track client account transactions on a daily basis and resolve various administrative situations
  • Maintain regular contact with clients, employees and partners to answer questions, take action and monitor changes in circumstances
  • Support business growth, sound risk and compliance management, and adherence to current practices and policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required
