About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare necessary documentation for member and client meetings
  • Manage advisors’ calendars and voicemail
  • Complete account openings, forms, and securities transactions as directed by advisors
  • Handle queries, perform research, and propose solutions tailored to member and client needs
  • Produce reports and statistics and prepare related documents
  • Track client account transactions daily and resolve administrative situations
  • Maintain regular contact with clients, employees, and partners
  • Support client satisfaction, business growth, risk and compliance management, and adherence to current practices and policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience
  • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Registration with CIRO
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle daily requests and perform tasks in accordance with quality standards
  • Ability to support securities account management and complete account openings, forms, and securities transactions
